All appliances sold on Refwash are refurbished, pre-owned, or used unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Each item is graded as A, B, or C, based on condition and cosmetic appearance.

We offer Cash on Delivery, Online Payments, and other secure payment options.

7-day exchange policy available with ₹850 handling charge.
6-month warranty covers functional issues (not physical damage, rust, or misuse).
50% buyback option valid within 1 year from purchase date, subject to inspection and condition of the appliance.
As per company policy, No Return & No Refund once the product is delivered and installed.
Exchanges are allowed only as per our exchange terms mentioned above.
All products are sold for domestic residential use only. Commercial use voids the warranty.
Refwash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
