• One-year warranty for refrigerator compressors.
• One-year warranty for washing machine wash/spin motors.
• Three months warranty on the full product, without any spare part cost or service charge.

Product Condition

We believe in complete transparency about the condition of our products. Please be aware that some items may have missing accessories, and they might exhibit signs of wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or rust. Furthermore, the age of the product can vary significantly, ranging from six months to more than five years, which directly affects the pricing.

Return and Refund

While we strive to provide you with the best appliances, we regret to inform you that Refwash does not offer returns or refunds. This decision is based on the nature of our business and the substantial costs associated with ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of second-hand appliances to your doorstep. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product photos and descriptions before finalizing your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.

Exchange Policy

We do, however, offer an exchange policy to address any concerns or issues you may encounter. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase or experience any problems within seven days of delivery, you have the option to exchange the product for another one from our extensive inventory. Please note that this service includes an additional exchange cost of INR 1600 to cover associated expenses.
