Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Refwash.in

At Refwash – Reboot Your Home, we take pride in offering high-quality refurbished and pre-owned home appliances that go through our 22-point Refwash Quality Check, deep cleaning, and sanitization before delivery.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of refurbished products, our policy differs from new-product sellers.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales made on Refwash.in are final.
Once a product has been delivered, installed, and accepted by the customer, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

We encourage customers to thoroughly check the appliance during delivery and installation. Our team assists in ensuring the product is in working condition before completing the installation.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible cases.
If the product has any functional issue or mismatch from what was shown or described, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Exchange Terms:

• A fixed ₹850 handling and service charge will apply to every exchange.

• Exchange is subject to Refwash team inspection and approval.

• The replacement product will be of similar model and grade (A/B/C) or higher, depending on availability.

• Exchange is not applicable for minor cosmetic differences, scratches, or color variations.

• The product must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, unmodified, and unaltered.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once dispatched or installed, cancellation is not possible.

• In case of prepayment, cancellation refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Warranty & Support

Each product comes with a 6-month Refwash warranty, covering functional issues.
Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, rust, or misuse

• Power fluctuation issues

• Unapproved service or tampering

• Commercial use

5. Buyback Program

We offer a 50% Buyback within 1 year of purchase, subject to product inspection and condition.
Buyback value is calculated based on:

• Age and usage of the appliance

• Physical and working condition

• Market resale value
